Lesley has been at the lugger hotel/wheelhouse restaurant for about 13 years. She prides herself on being a family orientated business catering for all needs, this is apparent throughout the hotel/restaurant.
Great food
We have a fantastic restaurant with a great atmosphere and great staff who will make you feel right at home.
Our hotel is wonderfully situated on the only promenade in Cornwall (the views are simply breath taking).
Our restaurant is great for any occasion whether it be Ala’carte, pub food or carvery – all of which can be used for the following..

We also have a fantastic location overlooking the beautiful Mounts Bay.
Our mediterranean grill & sun terrace is very popular in the summer for snacks and drinks.
A friendly hotel
Lesley is also the head cook and has a fine team behind her cooking some amazing dishes (once you try the food you will understand what we’re talking about). Our 2nd chef Janos is Hungarian and brings a real mediterranean feel to our restaurant & outdoor grill area.
If you speak to any of the locals they will recommend us, we deal with a lot of repeat custom and some people have been coming from when Lesley & her team first started.
The hotel has 20 plus rooms all en-suite, the prices for the hotel are very similar to the bed-&-breakfasts in Penzance and we boast a restaurant and bar with views over the bay, providing very good value for money.
The restaurant can seat up 100 people (main restaurant), the family room up to 30 people, and the function room up to 100 people.
